Composition of agricultural tractor

 

The tractor is composed of engine, transmission system, walking system, steering system, braking system, electrical system and tractor external hydraulic suspension system.

 

1 engine

 

The engine is composed of engine body, crank connecting rod mechanism, supply system, lubrication system, cooling system, starting system, etc. The heat energy generated by diesel combustion in the engine cylinder is converted into rotating mechanical energy through the piston, crank and connecting rod structure. Various types of tractors use compression ignition diesel internal combustion engine as the power unit.

2 transmission system

 

The transmission system consists of clutch, gearbox, central transmission and end transmission system. The transmission system transmits the power of the engine to the drive wheel, power output shaft and output pulley through the speed reduction and torque increase of gearbox, central transmission and end transmission system.

 

3 steering system

 

The steering system is mainly composed of steering wheel, steering gear and transmission rod. Their function is to deflect the two front wheels of the tractor, make the deflection angle meet the specified requirements, and realize the steering of the tractor.

 

4 brake system

 

The brake system consists of brake and control mechanism. The brake is installed on the final drive half shaft, one on the left and one on the right. The function of the braking system is to slow down the tractor and stop it quickly at high speed.

 

5 traveling system

 

The traveling system consists of front axle, guide wheel and drive wheel. The function of the walking system is to support the weight of the tractor, change the engine power transmitted through the transmission system into the driving force required by the tractor through the interaction between the driving wheel and the ground, and change the rotational movement of the driving wheel into the movement of the tractor on the ground.

 

6 electrical system

 

Electrical system is an important part of tractor. Its performance directly affects the economy, reliability and safety of tractor. It is composed of power supply, starting device, charging device, lighting signal circuit, instrument and auxiliary equipment.

 

7 hydraulic suspension system

 

The hydraulic suspension system consists of hydraulic part, suspension part and control part. The hydraulic part includes oil pump, distributor, oil cylinder and other components. The suspension part includes upper tie rod, inclined tie rod and lower tie rod. Tractors usually operate agricultural machines and tools in the form of three-point suspension. The specific form is that the front end of the upper and lower links are hinged with the tractor and the rear end is hinged with the agricultural tools. The farm tools get the traction of the tractor through the lower pull rod, and the lifting of the hydraulic part is controlled through the operating mechanism, so that the tractor can transfer the farm tools in the field or transport them in a short distance.
