1. Ploughing operation

When a walking tractor pulls a one-way double share plow, the - side drive wheel is on the uncultivated land, and the other side drive wheel is in the furrow. The adhesion coefficient between the two wheels and the ground is different, and the slip rate is different, resulting in the unit often driving in one direction. For Dongfeng-12 walking tractor, the following adjustments can be made: adjust the clearance (swing clearance) between the left and right adjusting screws on the traction frame and the intermediate connecting frame, adjust the 681 one-way double share plow to about 1.5mm, and the 1ls-220 and 701 one-way double share plow to about 5mm. During ploughing, if it is found that the tractor still deviates to the right, loosen the two fastening screws, shorten the extension of the left adjusting screw and lengthen the extension of the right screw. Until the handrail is released and the unit can run normally along the ditch wall.

2. Rotary tillage

Possible causes of eccentric driving in rotary tillage operation: the tail wheel is deformed again, the tail axle is not assembled in place in the fork, etc., resulting in the deflection of the tail wheel; the bearing on the tail axle is damaged or seriously worn; the plow is wrongly installed, broken or dropped. When deviation occurs in rotary tillage operation, relevant parts shall be corrected, repaired, reassembled or replaced according to specific conditions. Before the problem is solved, the steering clutch shall not be used to correct the deviation, but the method of pushing and pulling the handrail frame shall be used to correct the deviation.

3. Seeding operation

When the walking tractor carries out sowing operation, there are two supporting conditions: one is the traction planter, such as abq-8 grain planter. The second is zbg-6a rice wheat drill with synchronous transmission. The main reasons for the deviation of the unit during sowing operation are that the installation height of the sowing head (or ditcher) in the sowing direction is not caused or asymmetric left and right, the configuration and installation of the rotary cutting plow are wrong or broken and fall off, the traction frame is collided, deformed and deviated, etc. Due to the above reasons, the resistance in the sowing direction is unequal during sowing, resulting in torsional torque, resulting in the deviation of the unit. Therefore, before sowing, the technical status of the planter shall be carefully checked, the rotary cutting plow shall be configured and installed according to the regulations, and the sowing head (or ditcher) shall be configured symmetrically to ensure that the installation height is consistent and meets the agronomic requirements.

4. Harvesting operation

The walking tractor is mainly equipped with 4GL-130 harvester. The main reasons for the deviation of the unit are: the clearance of the cutter in the cutting direction of the harvester is not adjusted. The cutting resistance is different: the cutter is high at the side and low at the side, the stubble height is not high at the time of harvesting, and the operation resistance is different. Improper selection of cutting width. The ground is uneven. Corresponding measures shall be taken for specific reasons.

5. Trenching operation

Generally, walking tractors are mainly equipped with 1ksq-35a (front type) or 1ksh-35a (rear type) small disc trencher, which is mainly used to excavate field drainage ditches. The main reasons for the poor straightness of trenching operation: the deviation between the plane symmetrical center line of the cutter head and the center plane of the driving axle of the walking tractor exceeds the provisions (the allowable deviation of 1ksq-35a is 8mm, and the allowable deviation of 1ksh-35a is 5mm): the cutter head is distorted and deformed, the frame is deformed and skewed, the plow is installed incorrectly, the plow is broken and falls off, etc. Pay attention to check and correct the cutter head and frame. Install the rotary cutting plow correctly and carefully adjust the position of the cutter head. If the plow is broken or falls off, stop the machine immediately and stop the fire. Replace the parts.

6. Irrigation and threshing operations

It is equipped with corresponding water pump and thresher. The diesel engine flywheel belt is connected with the water pump or thresher. The water pump or thresher is driven by the rotation of the diesel engine flywheel, which can be used for irrigation and threshing of wheat and other crops.

7. Transportation operation

The walking tractor with a tractor can carry out field transportation and also run on the road; Generally, small single axle trailers of 1 ton are matched with 12 horsepower walking, and their maximum load capacity is 1 ton. Drivers participating in highway transportation operations must pass the examination of the local traffic management department and issue a driving license before driving.
