Guide: with the continuous development of modern agriculture, many rural areas are now using large agricultural machinery for agricultural production. However, if the agricultural machinery is used for a long time, there will always be oil stains that can't be wiped off, and there will always be old and broken parts that need to be replaced. Let's learn about the disassembly points and cleaning methods of agricultural machinery.
With the continuous development of modern agriculture, many rural areas are now using large-scale agricultural machinery for agricultural production, but agricultural machinery has been used for a long time, there will always be oil stains that can not be wiped off, and there will always be old and broken parts that need to be replaced. Let's learn about the disassembly points and cleaning methods of agricultural machinery.
1. Key points of agricultural machinery disassembly
1. According to different agricultural machinery structures, the operation procedures shall be considered in advance to avoid inversion.
2. Disassembly shall be carried out from outside to inside and from top to bottom.
3. Special tools shall be used during operation. It is forbidden to knock directly on the parts with a hammer.
4. Find out the loosening direction of the parts, and carefully operate the precision parts. For example, the long shaft parts of the mast must be lifted with ropes and wrapped with cloth to prevent bending, deformation and damage.
5. The removed parts shall be placed on the wooden frame, wooden box or parts tray in turn as required, and shall not be placed on the ground to prevent damage and corrosion.
6. The removed parts shall be sleeved together according to the original structure as far as possible, such as shaft, gear, screw, gasket, locating pin, etc.
7. For parts processed in sets or not interchangeable, make marks before disassembly and string them with ropes to avoid confusion, such as gear set, valve and valve seat oil pipe joint, and the parts on the valve shall be plugged in the original valve body.
8. The parts that can still be used without repair shall not be disassembled and misplaced, such as spline and gear, shaft and bearing, etc. In addition, to facilitate inspection of parts. The removed parts shall be cleaned as necessary and then coated with engine oil to prevent rust.
2、 Cleaning points of agricultural machinery
1. Remove oil stain
(1) The removal of animal and vegetable grease and mineral oil fingers on the surface of steel parts by removing oil with alkaline solution can be carried out by adding a small amount of emulsifier into alkaline solution and cleaning after heating. If pressure injection is adopted, the oil removal effect is better. After cleaning, spray with heated water to wash off the residual alkali solution on the surface of the parts.
(2) Remove oil with organic solvent. In order to prevent the strong corrosion of alkali solution on precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pump, fuel injector, etc.), organic solvents such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel, alcohol, etc. can be used to clean such parts without heating.
(3) Remove oil with aluminum alloy cleaning solution. Because the alkali solution has strong corrosion effect on aluminum alloy and the cost of organic solvent is high, aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be configured for cleaning when more aluminum alloy parts need to be repaired. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate, and the best cleaning effect can be obtained by heating to 60 ~ 70 ℃.
2. Remove carbon deposits
(1) Mechanical method can generally remove carbon deposits with metal brush, blade and broken piston ring. However, because this method is easy to scratch the surface of parts, it is not allowed to use emery cloth and steel scraper to remove the carbon deposit on precision parts. It can be removed by wooden, bamboo or copper scraper, or by rubbing back and forth on cork board. After carbon deposits on parts are removed mechanically, they must be carefully cleaned with oil. This method is simple to operate and does not need equipment, but the disadvantage is that the carbon deposit in the inaccessible parts is not easy to clean.
(2) Chemical method put the parts in the prepared chemical solution, soak them for a period of time to soften and loosen the carbon deposit, then take out the parts, wipe the carbon deposit with a brush or cotton thread, wash them with hot water and dry them.
3 remove scale
(1) When hydrochloric acid is used to remove scale at cast iron cylinder block, the hydrochloric acid with concentration of 8% ~ 10% and the corrosion inhibitor solution of rhodine equal to 3% of hydrochloric acid can be heated to 50 ~ 60 ℃ and injected into the water jacket. After soaking for 2 ~ 3 hours, it is discharged, and then cleaned with aqueous solution added with potassium dichromate, or injected into the water jacket with aqueous solution of caustic soda with concentration of 5% to neutralize the residual acid solution. Then rinse several times with clean water until it is clean. This method is suitable for removing scale whose main components are calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate.
(2) When removing the scale with silicate as the main component with caustic soda solution, add 2% ~ 3% caustic soda aqueous solution into the cooling system, release it after driving for 1 ~ 2 days, wash it with clean water, then repeat it again, and finally thoroughly clean the cooling system with clean water.
Generally speaking, when cleaning or repairing agricultural machinery, attention should be paid to disassembly and cleaning. There are many types and brands of agricultural machinery with different structures. If it is disassembled randomly, it is easy to damage agricultural machinery.
