Tractor maintenance requirements

The newly purchased tractor or repaired tractor shall be run in before operation. The tractor without running in cannot be used, otherwise the service life of the tractor will be affected. Because most tractors work in the field, the working environment is poor, the wear of parts is large, and the material consumption of fuel, lubricating oil and coolant is large, it is very easy to deteriorate the technical state of the tractor, affect the operation efficiency and failure of the tractor. The tractor shall be maintained by cleaning, fastening, adjusting, replacing and adding lubricating oil, so as to keep the tractor in normal working condition. The quality of tractor maintenance not only affects the efficiency of the tractor, but also affects the service life and safety of the tractor, resulting in economic losses and personal safety. Therefore, the following problems must be paid attention to in maintenance:
(1) Do not over tighten the screws and bolts. Use a torque wrench to tighten according to the specified tightening torque of the screws and bolts at the tractor cylinder head, connecting rod, transmission box, wheel hub, front axle, etc. if the force is too strong, it will cause thread sliding, buckle pulling or bolt and screw breaking.
(2) Clean the oil passage when changing the lubricating oil. When replacing the lubricating oil, the oil passage must be cleaned, otherwise the residual impurities in the oil passage will mix into the lubricating oil, which is easy to cause accidents such as Bush burning and shaft holding.
(3) Select lubricating oil according to season. Summer lubricating oil shall be used in summer and winter lubricating oil shall be used in winter. Winter lubricating oil cannot be used in summer, and summer lubricating oil cannot be used in winter.
(4) When the piston needs to be heated, it shall be heated with hot water instead of open fire. If heated with open fire, it is easy to cause piston deformation, damage the metal structure, reduce the wear resistance of the piston and shorten the service life of the piston.
(5) Do not grease the cylinder gasket for installation. If the cylinder pad is coated with butter, part of the butter will be lost when it meets high temperature, resulting in a gap between the cylinder pad, cylinder head and the plane of the engine body. High temperature and high pressure gas is very easy to impact and burn the cylinder pad from here, resulting in air leakage.
(6) Do not start the engine with the throttle at the maximum fuel supply position. If the throttle is placed at the maximum fuel supply position to start the engine, there will be too much fuel injected into the cylinder, the mixture is too rich, and it is not easy to start. Start with small and medium throttle. Use the accelerator gently and do not bang the accelerator violently, so as to avoid the occurrence of faults such as connecting rod bending and crankshaft fracture caused by engine speed varying from high to low.
(7) Do not add cold water immediately after the water tank "boils". If cold water is added to the water tank immediately, it is very easy to cause "cracking" of the cylinder head or cylinder block. Add water after the engine cooling water cools down naturally.
(8) Do not replace brake oil, gear oil, etc. with engine oil. Due to the different composition and properties of engine oil, brake oil and gear oil, brake oil is the medium for transmitting pressure in the tractor braking system. It has good solubility, is not easy to precipitate and has no corrosion. It contacts the rubber body, and the expansion rate of the rubber body is small. The engine oil does not have these characteristics. If it is replaced by engine oil, it is easy to precipitate and expand the rubber parts of the braking system, which is easy to cause braking failure. If engine oil is used to replace gear oil, because the viscosity of engine oil is lower than that of gear oil, it can not produce a good protective film at the gear meshing, resulting in accelerated wear of transmission gear and gear beating.
