Let's learn about several common oil leakage problems of tractors and their solutions.

 

1、 The rotary shaft leaks oil. The rotary shaft includes the shift lever shaft of the starter, the clutch handle shaft and the pressure reducing shaft of the engine. In case of oil leakage, the shift lever shaft and clutch handle shaft of the starter can be cut out of the sealing ring groove on the lathe, and the sealing limb ring of corresponding size can be installed. If the rubber ring of pressure reducing shaft fails due to aging, replace it with a new one.

 

2、 In case of oil leakage from the switch due to wear or corrosion of the ball valve, the rust between the ball valve and the seat hole shall be removed, and a suitable steel ball shall be selected for replacement. If the sealing packing and fastening thread are damaged, repair or replace the fasteners and sealing packing. If the cone joint surface is not tight, it can be ground with fine valve sand and engine oil.

 

3、 If the pipe joint leaks oil, if it is worn, deformed or cracked due to high-pressure oil pipe joint, it can be sawn off and replaced with a good joint for welding. If the low-pressure oil pipe joint is damaged, the bell mouth can be sawed off and the bell mouth can be made again. If the thread is damaged, repair or replace it with a new one. Hollow bolt pipe joints include fuel coarse and fine filters and low-pressure oil delivery pipe joints of fuel injection pump. If the gasket is damaged or the assembly is uneven, it can be replaced with plastic gasket, or flattened with assorted materials, or polished with sandpaper, and the serious ones can be milled with milling machine. If there are pull marks on the pipe joint assembly plane, the joint assembly plane and gasket can be ground with fine sandpaper or oilstone. If there are impurities on the mating surface, pay attention to the cleanliness of the machine body during assembly, and the joint fixing bolts shall be tightened evenly.

 

4、 The oil leakage part of the oil plug includes conical plug, flat plug and process plug. If the oil plug screw is damaged or unqualified, it shall be replaced with a new one; If the screw hole is damaged, the screw hole size can be increased and a new oil plug can be installed. If the conical plug is worn, it can be tapped and changed to flat plug, and then padded for re-use.

 

5、 If the plane joint leaks oil because the contact surface is uneven or there are groove marks or burrs on the contact surface, it shall be polished with assorted file, fine sandpaper or oilstone according to the unevenness of the contact surface, and the large parts can be leveled with machine tool iron. In addition, the assembled gasket shall be qualified, clean and put down at the same time. If the bolts are loose, tighten each fixing bolt.
