Precautions for agricultural machinery operation under high temperature

Guide: with the higher and higher temperature, many crops will gradually reach the mature stage. At this time, agricultural machinery should also go to their jobs. However, in high temperature weather, we must also pay attention to safe operation and minimize the occurrence of agricultural machinery accidents. When operating in hot weather, pay attention to these agricultural machinery operation details to prolong the service life of agricultural machinery as far as possible. Let's learn about it.
With the higher and higher temperature, many crops will gradually reach the mature stage.
1. Keep the cooling system clean. Before operation, the cooling system shall be thoroughly descaled and cleaned to make the water pump and radiator water pipe unblocked and ensure the normal circulation of cooling water.
2. Handle the "boiling" carefully. When the cooling water is "boiling", keep the engine running at a medium speed, slowly open the radiator cap (when opening the radiator cap, the operator should stand in the upwind position, and his face should not face the water inlet to avoid being scalded by the ejected high-temperature water vapor), release the hot gas, and slowly add cold water after cooling.
3. Pay attention to the tightness of the belt. If the fan belt is too loose, it is easy to slip, which will reduce the speed of the fan and water pump, resulting in insufficient wind power. If the fan belt is too tight, the bearing load is too large, which intensifies wear and increases power consumption. Generally, when pressing the middle of the belt with your thumb, the belt sag is 10 ~ 15mm. If it is too loose or too tight, it shall be adjusted in time.
4. Use the temperature regulating device correctly. There are two kinds of temperature regulating devices: automatic (such as thermostat) and manual (such as thermal insulation curtain and shutter). Some drivers believe that it is hot in summer and the lower the water temperature, the better, so they remove the thermostat. In this way, the warm-up time of the engine will be greatly prolonged and the wear of parts will be accelerated during cold start. Therefore, the thermostat should not be removed in summer. The thermal insulation curtain and shutter are used to adjust the air volume through the radiator. Generally, the thermal insulation curtain can not be used in summer, and the shutter should also be placed in the fully open position.
5. Correctly select oil with high temperature in summer and diesel oil with high freezing point can be used. In addition, special attention shall be paid to prevent oil leakage from the oil supply system, because oil leakage may not only cause oil waste, but also cause fire. In addition to diesel oil, lubricating oil and grease shall also be summer models according to regulations. Some tractors have an oil temperature change-over valve. During seasonal maintenance, turn the change-over valve to the position where the oil leads to the oil radiator.
6. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery. In summer, the water in the battery electrolyte is easy to evaporate. Pay special attention to the inspection of the battery liquid level. The normal liquid level shall be 10 ~ 15mm higher than the electrode plate, the electrolyte density of the battery shall be reduced as required, and the vent hole on the filler cover shall be dredged more. In addition, temporarily unused batteries should be stored in a cool and ventilated place and charged regularly.
7. The higher the anti fuel gas resistance temperature, the faster the evaporation, and the easier it is to form gas resistance in the oil circuit. Therefore, clean the fuel filter in time in summer to keep the oil circuit unblocked. During the driving, a wet cloth can be covered on the fuel pump and sprayed with water regularly to keep it wet, so as to reduce the generation of air resistance. In case of air resistance, stop the vehicle immediately to cool down, so as to fill the oil circuit with fuel.
8. Anti engine deflagration engine deflagration due to overheating will increase the wear of the upper part of the cylinder by 3 ~ 5 times. Therefore, it is necessary to completely remove the carbon deposits in the combustion chamber and valve head, and check and adjust the oil supply quantity and time to prevent deflagration.
9. For long-time operation in case of fire disaster, check and fasten all wires and fuel pipe joints frequently to prevent fire caused by spark or fuel pipe leakage due to poor contact. Do not use plastic barrels to contain oil to prevent static fire. In case of lightning, the fuel in the oil tank shall not be too full to prevent overflow and fire.
