Tractor is one of the irreplaceable tools in agricultural production. With the development of science and technology, there are more and more kinds of tractors, which are used more frequently in agricultural production. But when starting the tractor, we will find that why is it always difficult to start? Let's take a look at how to solve several reasons why it is difficult to start the tractor.

 

1. The cylinder head nut is not tightened or the cylinder gasket is damaged. When rotating the crankshaft, if there is an air leakage sound at the joint surface between the cylinder head and the engine body, it may be that the cylinder head nut is not tightened or the cylinder gasket is damaged. In case of the former, it shall be tightened as required. In case of the latter, when the cylinder gasket is not seriously damaged, the damaged part can be repaired with asbestos wire. If it is serious, replace it with a new gasket.

2. There are two reasons for air leakage of inlet and exhaust valves: first, the valve clearance is too small, which makes the valve close loosely, and the valve clearance needs to be adjusted again. On the other hand, there may be spots on the valve sealing cone, such as rust, carbon deposition and other sundries, which also makes the valve not tightly closed. During the inspection, the crankshaft can be rotated. If you hear the "squeak, squeak" sound in the air filter and exhaust pipe, it means that there is air leakage in the inlet and exhaust valves. The valve needs to be ground.

3. The piston ring is excessively worn. When rotating the crankshaft, there is an air leakage sound inside the engine body (such as low oil shell). Most of the reasons are due to the piston ring. Some clean engine oil can be added into the cylinder. If the compression force increases significantly after adding, the piston ring should be replaced.

4. The piston ring openings are moved to a straight line (commonly known as counterpart), or the piston ring is stuck in the ring groove due to carbon deposition, and the compression cylinder cannot be ejected   the phenomenon is that there is an air leakage sound in the crankcase when rotating the crankshaft. The piston ring should be removed to remove carbon deposits. If the ring mouth moves to a straight line, the positions of each opening shall be evenly distributed, but the direction of piston pin must be avoided.

5. The fuel injector fixing bolt is loose and leaks at the fuel injector on the cylinder head, which should be tightened. In addition, the bearing bush or copper sleeve is locked, so that the crankshaft cannot rotate; The reverse installation of the piston or the blockage of the air filter also make the diesel engine unable to start, which is also the reason for the difficulty of starting the tractor. The next time the tractor is started, it is still difficult to start. You can check from these aspects. Of course, we also need to pay more attention to the daily maintenance and repair of tractors.
