The major points of oil press machine use and maintenance

Before oil press machine use,you must read the instruction manual,being familiar with the performance characteristics and method of operation.Whatever oil press machine(such as,sunflower oil press machine,home oil press machine),the familiar should be mastered.
1.Before starting,you must conduct a comprehensive inspection,not loose fasteners , handles rotating flexible, rotating pulley by hand , each part should be normal operation , no abnormal sound, followed by 30 # oil filling in the reducer.
2.Loosen the lock nut , turn the adjustment screw ( adjustment handle counterclockwise rotation , the cake space narrowing , adjust the handle clockwise , the gap widened cake ) so squeezed tight against the cone snail donut the cone, and then adjusted the screw clockwise ( spin out 3-5 laps ) , and then tighten the nut , ready to boot.
3.Phase four-wire power connection machine,after the power is turned on , the spindle should rotate counterclockwise , under no circumstances,the machine must have a good grounding device, or can not boot.
4.Adjust temperature control unit ( 2 ) transferred to squeeze the required temperature 120 ℃ -180 ℃ ( based on fuel may be) to host the heating switch on the heating position , heating up the machine , then the green light on the temperature controller , red light is off , when the engine temperature to rise to the set temperature , and the red light green light extinguished , the temperature of the machines is automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature , low winter temperatures , the heating switch positions open to host all of the heating , so that the oil pan temperature, easy oil left.
